Χλόη, Chloe (born on the 2nd of the month) was fresh April for the 2015 calendar. two years later she owns April again. we decided we are going to revive the old photoshoot. so we went back to the same location and she took her place among the fresh grown grass (which is the meaning of her name bytheway). this time she looks different (having the bleached hair) but she is all the same. i miss her now she left home and went to Berlin but as she says i did the same when i was her age. she is right.

sometimes we create our own family. she is my sister from another father and another mother. 

Έφη is mrs March. she runs her family cafe-restaurant-guesthouse “Margarita’s” on the island of Anafi (www.margarita-anafi.gr). this place was my base during my holidays last summer and was one of the reasons i had such a great time. so great, that the plan is to go again next August …this time i will work there too haha. come and join us!

the blonde featured here is quite a character. whenever we meet we have a good laugh…although it is not her birthday in March, she deserves to bring spring for this blog. especially when she brought all that positive energy with her on the day of the photoshoot. we had a walk around the city, took pics with a lot of “window see-through” (my favourite) and had homemade ginger lemonade. this is how i like to create posts for the blog.  

Ράνια is miss February 2017. she is born on the 10th of the month. she is a neurobiologist. she bakes stuff as well (www.facebook.com/nonstopbaking ). i admire her patience and positivism. she taught me everything i know about drosophila melanogaster (not much…). when we meet on the corridor we smile. then we encourage ourselves in order to finish our PhD…amen            “ad astra per aspera = through hardships to the stars”
